Ask in plain language and Claude does the work: find leads that have gone quiet, open a lead's full timeline, create or update leads with your custom fields, move pipeline stages, assign owners, add notes, schedule follow-up tasks, book or move meetings, place a call from your CRM number and log the outcome, send a WhatsApp message or email to a lead, reply in the shared inbox, and read reports, forecasts and your own numbers for the day. Managers get ready-made standup, end-of-day and weekly reviews. Marketing can preview an audience, prepare a WhatsApp or email campaign as a draft and launch it only after confirming the exact count.
